How to check and fix DoGeek Led shoes?

To troubleshoot- please reach inside the sole of your shoe and unplug/re-plug the battery from the LED wire. The connection may have come loose during dancing or shipment, which would cause the lights to go a bit wonky. (use attachment for details on how to remove shoe battery).

After this, try charging your shoe for a full 4 hours. If one shoe is still not working, try testing the battery!

To test, please take the battery from your working shoe and try plugging it into your broken shoe. (View the video here)

If the battery from your working shoe powers your defective shoe- this tells us that you need a new battery. For the latest orders we all attached a backup batteries. For those bought before, please send us a message with your order number and a clear, close-up photo of your shoe battery so we know which style to send you.
